Secrets of the Great CLLS Events

As part of CLLS' statewide 30th Anniversary celebration in September 2014, local CLLS programs are being asked to hold an event of some kind . . . Maybe you already have one you do in the fall and can plan it for September, or maybe you're looking for something new to try. Join us on November 18 at Noon for "Secrets of the Great CLLS Events," where you'll get a chance to learn more about: Redwood City's "Trivia Bee," Contra Costa County's "Bookies," and the "Walk a Mile for Literacy" event developed by two CLLS AmeriCorps Members in Hemet, and since been reproduced in several other locations, and more!! You'll have a chance to ask questions of the event planners, and we'll unveil event descriptions and "tip sheets" as part of the CLLS 30th Anniversary Online ToolKit, to help you prepare for your community's event.

Please join: Carol Chapman, Ventura County Library, Laura Seaholm, Contra Costa County Library, Kathy Endaya, Redwood City Public Library, Cindy Breeden, Hayward Public Library, Sandy Tosti, Solano County Library, Retired, and Carla Lehn, California State Library on -
